Pedras da Rainha is situated on the edge of Cabanas, a small charming fishing town in the Eastern Algarve region of Portugal. This low rise resort consists of delightful whitewashed bungalows, villas and apartments, nestled amongst extensive gardens with an abundance of shrubs, beautiful colourful trailing flowers and trees, laden with almonds, oranges and figs!

There are 158 apartments offering a W.C, bathroom/shower, living/sleeping area in the studios, separate bedrooms in the apartments, a handy kitchenette, heating, and a furnished balcony or terrace. There is a restaurant on site, along with a supermarket, launderette, a spacious sun terrace with plenty of sun beds and parasols, surrounding an inviting swimming pool.

There is also a snack bar, tennis, snooker, table tennis and water aerobics classes! There is also a varied seasonal entertainment programme. The perfect place to relax, sunbathe or read the latest novel, while you unwind and enjoy the fantastic climate!

Cabanas Town is just a few metres away, where you will be taken back in time, a new wooden walkway with easy access is the only evidence of modernisation here making a stroll along the river the perfect way to enjoy a warm evening. Opposite are small bars, restaurants and shops The small promenade leads to where you can take a 2 minute boat ride across to the beautiful unspoilt beach island. The lively town of Tavira is 5km from Cabanas and is much busier, with numerous historical and cultural attractions combined with modern amenities and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops to suit every taste!
