4 **** Hotel Dalmatas

The Hotel Dalmatas in Benidorm is a very popular hotel with bowlers.

The comfortable bedrooms come fully equipped with air-conditioning, full en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, hair dryer, safety deposit box and electronic keys. If required you can have an optional Mini bar and fridge in your room! All double rooms also have a balcony overlooking the pool and most with views to the sea. Spectacular views across the promenade and the town centre can be had particularly from the upper of its 18 floors, serviced by 4 lifts.

The buffet style restaurant offers the best international cuisine, available on full or half board basis. Or for a snack at any time head for one of the two cafeterias. Enjoy a drink in the bar or lounge, you can even log on to the internet and check your e-mails!

With fully furnished lounges, two well stocked bars and nightly entertainment, there ¡s no need to venture out of the hotel if you don't want to, everything you need is here including a supermarket right in the hotel! The more energetic can work out in the mini gymnasium, or you can take the lazy way and lose any surplus ounces in the sauna. You can join the fun with the organised pool games every morning, or simply relax on a sun terrace where parasols and sun loungers are provided. When it's time to cool off, the large pool is always waiting invitingly. You don't need to go far for refreshments either, the pool area has its own bar and cafeteria.

The town centre and old town are within walking distance, stopping on the way for refreshment along the promenade, but if you prefer, the nearest bus stop is only 50 metres away.

 One of our favorite hotels, the Hotel Jupiter isideally located in the centre of Praia da Rocha along the promenade overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms are bright & airy, with comfortable beds & bath/shower.

 The staff are excellent, and the evening entertainment is said to be the best in the area, even the locals join in! There is an outdoor heated pool, (covered during winter) a Spa & Wellness centre with turkish baths, saunas & massage! Just the ticket after an afternoon of bowling in the sun! 

The food is of good quality, not the selection you would get from the Riu Hotel chain, but this reflects in the price, and the option to have "a la carte" is available & very tempting!  And only being 10 minutes from the Alvor bowling club, the Hotel Jupiter is the perfect base for a great holiday!

This fantastic hotel certainly lives up to its name! The Riu have a selection of Palace class Hotels throughout the world. The popular Pedras da Rainha Resort is located close to the fishing village, Cabanas, 5km to Tavira Town on the east side of Faro on the border of Ria Formosa Nature reserve in the Algarve, Portugal .

There are a total of 205 holiday units spread over 17 hectares and are composed of mainly studios and one-bedroom villas and apartments. Each apartment is completely furnished and has either a terrace or balcony

The Resort has many facilities which include an adult pool, a children's pool, restaurant, bar, coffee-shop, snack-bar, public Internet, supermarket, shop & atm machine. For the active minded there are 5 Tennis Courts and 2 Paddle Courts, with the newest addition of a Lawn Bowling Club
